Soul Care Registration - Fall 2017
Soul Care: Growing in His Image
Soul Care offers biblical truths and practical insights to promote inner healing and wholeness. Our lives can be
significantly influenced by experiences and people. Hurtful experiences such as abuse, rejection, betrayal and bullying can leave deep-seated soul wounds in men, women and children. These can distort people’s sense of worth and identity and leave them in bondage to ungodly habits and feelings of unforgiveness, bitterness, low self-esteem and shame. Unfortunately, even born-again, Spirit-filled believers can live with unhealed soul wounds, which will affect our relationships and hinder our effectiveness in ministry. This is not the abundant life that Jesus died to give us!
This 10-lesson curriculum is focused on knowing our identity in Christ, renewing our minds with Scriptural truths, healing damaged emotions, and learning the joy and power of yielding to the leading of the Holy Spirit. On this life-transforming journey, we meet in small, closed groups, in a confidential and supportive atmosphere, where we heal, learn to embrace our God-given identity, authority and blessings, and then go out to pursue our destiny in Christ!
We meet on Thursdays at 7 p.m. every quarter for 10 weeks, as follows:
- Fall Session: September to November
- Winter Session: January to March
- Spring Session: April to June
